NO WATER...AGAIN

Well, I just stepped into the bathroom looking forward to taking a long shower.  Yet, turning the faucet did nothing.  Flushing the toilet didn't work.  I'm not really that surprised although I may have jinxed it just a bit:  Yesterday one of my neighbors said that she'd been told that all of the water problems had been solved and that we'd never again be without running water.  I told her, "Yeah.  That probably means that the water won't work again tomorrow..."
